Your body is where life happens.
You work. You rest. You care for people. You carry stress, experience joy, move through change, and navigate the demands of everyday life—all through your body.
Taking care of yourself doesn't have to mean escaping from your life. It can mean learning to notice what your body is asking for and finding realistic ways to respond.
My Philosophy
Your body isn't a problem to solve.
There isn't always one explanation for why something hurts or feels off. Stress, movement, sleep, habits, the nervous system, and the demands of daily life can all play a role.
My approach considers the whole person. We'll start with what you're experiencing today, while staying curious about the bigger picture.
Ways to Work Together
BODYWORK
MASSAGE • CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY • STRETCH THERAPY
Hands-on care tailored to what your body needs that day—from relieving tension and discomfort to creating space for deep rest and nervous system regulation.
YOGA
INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE
Movement rooted in awareness rather than performance, with an emphasis on creating a more connected relationship with your body.
REST & RELAXATION
YOGA NIDRA • MEDITATION • RESTORATIVE PRACTICES
Practices designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and create intentional space for rest.
Feel more at home in yourself.
Hi, I’m Emily.
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher who believes wellness should support your life—not become another thing you have to manage.
My work combines thoughtful hands-on care, movement, nervous-system awareness and curiosity about how the whole person is connected.
Most importantly, I want you to feel listened to, respected and involved in your own care
What happens between sessions matters, too.
Feeling better isn't only about what happens during the hour we spend together.
Sometimes it's noticing how you sit at your desk.
Taking three minutes to stretch before bed.
Recognizing when you're holding your breath.
Understanding what makes your shoulders tense.
Resting before you're completely depleted.
Or simply becoming better at noticing what your body is telling you.
Taking care of yourself doesn't require a perfectly optimized life.
It starts with awareness—and small choices that actually fit into the life you're living.
